    No problem! We specialize in cleaning up your financial records. Whether you’re starting fresh or need help organizing previous months (or even years), we’ll get everything in order so you can move forward with confidence. Only need cleanup services? Here’s how our cleanup services work: Simple Cleanup (1-3 months behind): $200–$300 Moderate Cleanup (3-6 months behind): $400–$500 Complex Cleanup (6+ months behind or multiple years): $600–$800 We’ll assess your books and provide a custom quote to get you current.
  • Do you offer add-on services?
    Yes, we offer a few optional add-ons to enhance your bookkeeping experience: 1099-NEC Preparation: We’ll track contractor payments, prepare the 1099-NEC forms, and provide them to you for timely filing with the IRS. Payroll Support: For businesses with more than 5 employees, we offer additional payroll management. Financial Strategy Calls: Add personalized calls for budgeting, growth advice, and financial planning. Custom Financial Reports: Get tailored reports to align with your business goals. These services are available as add-ons to ensure you get the support you need when you need it.
  • What accounting software do you use?
    We use QuickBooks, one of the best tools for managing your finances. During our call, we’ll discuss the best QuickBooks plan for your business. You can either absorb the subscription cost yourself or add it as an add-on to your service. Don’t worry, since you’re the owner of your QuickBooks account, if you ever decide to transition, we can easily assist with transferring ownership or removing our access, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Do you offer tax services?
    We don’t provide tax preparation services directly, but we’ll happily collaborate with your CPA to ensure all your books are in order for tax season. If you don’t have a CPA, we can help you find one who’s the right fit!
  • Is there a time commitment?
    Absolutely not! You’re not locked into any long-term contract. If at any point you feel the service isn’t the right fit, you can cancel at any time. Note: Once you've paid for a month of service, we don’t offer refunds for that month. However, you can cancel your service anytime moving forward.
  • Can I switch my plan later?
    Absolutely! As your business grows, we can adjust your plan to fit your new needs. We’ll review your business regularly, and if you need more advanced features, we can upgrade your plan with ease.
